Answering that call, Twin City Aggies completed a hands-on service project at the Rupert Bell Recreation Center. Volunteers worked together to enhance the space by planting flowers, laying fresh mulch, clearing the sidewalk, and beautifying the entrance to create a more welcoming environment for the community. The chapter also donated a bird feeder, adding a lasting touch to the center’s outdoor space.

Through this effort, the chapter not only honored Rev. Jackson’s lifelong commitment to service and community empowerment, but also demonstrated the continued impact of Aggies working to uplift the communities they serve. The Jesse Jackson Day of Service stands as a powerful reminder that service remains at the heart of the Aggie legacy—and Twin City Aggies are proud to carry that legacy forward.
